Join Unearth-Ed, a small family business dedicated to delivering enriching educational travel experiences. As an Educational Travel Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in shaping memorable, curriculum-aligned adventures for students.
What You’ll Do:
* Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to understand their educational goals, preferences, and budget.
* Design customised itineraries that seamlessly blend education, culture, and adventure.
* Work with trusted travel partners to secure the best rates and exclusive educational opportunities.
* Coordinate all logistics, including transportation, accommodations, attraction tickets, and meals.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth travel experiences.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, suppliers, and local contacts to expand our educational offerings.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in travel planning or an educational setting (preferred but not essential).
* A passion for education and experiential learning.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
* Enthusiasm for creating meaningful, impactful experiences for students and teachers.
* Someone who is willing to spend some initial time in our Caringbah office as we onboard you onto our systems and processes.
