We have a permanent part-time position available for an In Home Support Worker supporting our clients across Hervey Bay and surrounding areas: North to Burrum Heads, East to Howard and Pacific Haven, West to Urangan and River Heads, and South to Tiaro.
Your Role
As an In Home Support Worker you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:
4. Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
5. Undertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
6. Providing support duties such as shopping, transport etc
7. Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care

Role Requirements
18. Current Police Screening Certificate
19. Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
20. A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
21. Current Queensland driver's licence
22. Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
23. Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough).
24. Good computer & mobile device skills
25. Previous experience in a similar role
