About the team Our Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) are an even smarter and easier way to fulfil online orders and deliver the smiles for our customers. And you could get involved. Your role, no matter where you are at a CFC, will have a direct contribution to every customer's order. At the forefront of driving innovation, you'll be part of redefining the customer experience in online grocery shopping. The first of their kind in Australia, our CFCs help provide customers with improved availability and freshness, a broader produce range and a seamless digital experience. About the role You will lead your team through the day-to-day operation of our Victorian CFC, planning and executing to achieve Coles Ecommerce KPIs. Manage your team and work with the Operational team onsite ensuring the department is hitting key targets on cost, fulfilment, food quality and safety. Be a champion for safety and lead an operational safety-first culture. Collaborate and influence key stakeholders across central operations and transformation teams to ensure change strategy alignment. Build and execute the strategic plan to achieve ecommerce objectives. Drive a customer-focused culture across all departments of the operation ensuring Coles Online customers receive 'the perfect order' each time. Find ways to support continuous improvement initiatives of the site providing insight to key stakeholders and ensure ways of working are continually challenged and improved. About you and your skills We're looking for a passionate operations leader that has a customer-first focus, continuous improvement mindset and experience in organisational change management. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. A successful track record of operational delivery and building successful teams. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, whilst ensuring key deliverables are met. Ability to utilise key financial data and operational metrics to drive performance improvements and outcomes. A clear vision of the change strategy that is delivered with a high degree of energy and passion. A passion for people, engaging teams and developing team members. Attention to detail to interpret and respond to systemic data. Strong computer systems skills, and be comfortable in processing data and information from multiple systems. What's in it for you?
