In-House Journalist Department: Marketing Employment Type: Full Time Location: Sydney Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 / year Description Content Marketing is at the core of Mutinex's Marketing strategy and we're looking for a data-driven content writer to bring that strategy to life and create engaging B2 B content for our target audience in the Senior Marketer space.Our product is a Saa S Mar Tech solution that helps CMOs understand the performance of their marketing efforts and media spend, hence the need for a data-driven writer.We're after someone who can find the right data points to hone in on and turn that into various long and short-form content pieces to drive leads to our Sales team.We have a hybrid way of working with 2 days a week in the office, and this role can be based in either Sydney (Office near Central) or Melbourne (South Melbourne).The role Reporting into our Head of Marketing, Claire, you will execute our content strategy in a varied and hands-on role.You will help execute the strategy, writing the majority of the content which will be across articles, blog posts, white papers, case studies, paid ads, emails, and social.You'll also help set the content schedules across these channels.There will also be opportunities for you to manage PR pitches and drive visibility through those relationships.You will continually monitor and evaluate our content performance and strategies, adapting and making changes to ensure we hit and exceed campaign KPIs.Of course, you will also partner with internal stakeholders, ensuring the right messaging and content is being delivered to the right audiences to help drive leads to our sales team.What we are looking for The key criteria we're after is B2 B content writing experience, ideally within the Marketing industry with a heavy data focus.You should be able to showcase examples of long and short-form content that uses data points to drive messaging as well as best practices for SEO optimization.This could also be a background in data-related journalism, to be able to find and investigate relevant industry data and turn that into engaging content to generate awareness and leads for our Sales team.At least 1-2 years of experience is required, and we're looking for someone who has worked with enterprise-level businesses as internal content writers or has significant exposure to that level of client base via agencies.Ability to do basic video editing or Canva-type design work is also a bonus.Mutinex is an early-stage tech startup, which means we can be pretty scrappy and run a lean operation without layers and layers of managers or an abundance of expensive tools at your disposal.We're transparent about this as we'd want you to be excited by the opportunity to be part of a small team, across a lot of different things rather than siloed into one department.#J-18808-Ljbffr
