Job Description: Medical Customer Service Agent (Morning Shift)
NAOS Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Customer Service Agent for a pharmaceutical company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
* Handle incoming calls from customers regarding medical product information.
Minimum Requirements:
* Educational Background: Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary
* Proficiency in French and English, both verbal and written
* Experience in customer service is a plus
* Experience in treating diabetes and weight loss products
Shifts: Morning Shift 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM (this could change to 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM due to business needs).
The shift is 8 working hours including a 30-minute break.
2 days off per week: Fridays and Saturdays OR Saturdays and Sundays.
Salary: 19,000 EGP Gross (Base salary 18,500 EGP + KPI bonus 500 EGP + Social and Medical insurance).
Work Location: Maadi, Cairo
