Exciting times are on the horizon as we welcome Edward Collick Home Kalgoorlie into our growing network of care communities. We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to join the team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

The Role
As General Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of Edward Collick Home with empathy, efficiency and excellence.
We're looking for someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, and who thrives in a leadership role that combines strategy, people management and compliance.
Edward Collick’s General Manager will:
* Ensure high-quality, resident-centred care
* Manage compliance and accreditation standards
* Champion quality improvement and safety audits
* Oversee staff development, rostering, and team culture
* Work with stakeholders across health, government and community sectors
* Keep site financials in check and maximise funding opportunities
Minimum Requirements:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* 3+ years’ experience in a senior residential aged care management role
* Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and compliance frameworks
* Stellar communication and leadership skills
* National Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
* NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain one)
