Legal Secretary – Disputes & Litigation We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Disputes & Litigation team in a permanent part-time role (ideally three days per week). About the Role: This position involves working closely with Principals and Senior Lawyers, providing high-level legal support, including: Document preparation – drafting court forms, briefs to counsel and billing File management – maintaining client records, scanning and saving documents Client liaison – handling queries professionally and efficiently General legal secretarial duties Who We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: At least 4 years' experience as a Legal Secretary Strong knowledge of legal processes and court filing systems (Redcrest, Magistrate’s Court Portal) Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word (experience with Lexis Affinity is highly desirable) Salary & Benefits: This role offers a pro-rata salary based on a full-time equivalent (FTE) package of $88,000 per year (inclusive of superannuation). For a part-time schedule of three days per week, the salary will be adjusted accordingly.
