The division is also responsible for the department’s data, digital business and artificial intelligence (AI) strategies and roadmaps that collectively outline the data and digital business vision across the department’s key operational functions and within the cross-border supply chain ecosystem.The JobAs the Chief Digital Business Officer, your duties include:Shaping and leading the data and digital business capability for DAFF.Leading the data and digital product teams that support, maintain, and deliver the products and services used by business areas across the department and integration with other departments such as Home Affairs and the Australian Border Force.In partnership with the CIO and business system owners, lead the creation and implementation of the department’s data, digital business and AI strategies.Working with business system owners and the CIO to coordinate resourcing for projects which are transforming the department’s data and digital business systems.Managing relationships with third party digital delivery partners, focusing on performance management against agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators of digital delivery projects.
