Company DescriptionMercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager located in the Heart of Australia.Job DescriptionResponsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar and functions.Responsible for the venues Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Completing monthly beverage stock take.Mentoring and managing staff.About the Restaurant:A busy environment catering to Guests and external reservations.We have 3 Function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
