They offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where IT professionals can make a meaningful impact.About the RoleAs an ICT Support Officer, you will provide in-house technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the firm’s IT infrastructure. Acting as the first point of contact for IT support requests, you will deliver assistance across a range of systems, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and maintain IT systems. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of mergeable Word templates using Python scripting and assist in template management.This role is an on-site role with no WFH. Occasional travel to branch locations may be required.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for hardware and software issues across the firm.Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems, including connectivity, software, and hardware.Maintain and update systems and devices with security patches and other updates.Develop and maintain technical documentation.Build and manage mergeable Word templates for integration with LexisNexis Affinity.Stay updated on emerging technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Prior experience in IT support.Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and security measures.Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Experience with Python scripting.Desirable SkillsExperience with the following will be highly regarded:Citrix XenAppLexisNexis AffinityMicrosoft 365IP TelephonyPython scriptingSQLMicrosoft Word merge fieldsHotDocs DeveloperNetDocuments or iManage document management systemsWhat We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a proactive IT professional with exceptional customer service skills.
