By collaborating extensively with leading healthcare professionals, you'll see first-hand the impact you have on individual lives - one patient at a time.The position of Clinical Specialist – Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) / Electrophysiology (EP) provides field/remote clinical, technical & educational support in EP and CRM to accounts. The primary focus is to support new therapy introduction of Pulsed Field Ablation through the FARAPULSE system, demonstrating clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes and support the wider CRM team. Travel may be required as part of this role.WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?Electrophysiology (EP)Successfully complete EP training programs.Utilise your technical knowledge of electrophysiology and biophysics of ablation technologies to provide technical training of company products to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, and Nurses.Attend EP procedures with customers, providing detailed training/advice to physicians and other key stakeholders on clinical attributes and techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products.Provide clinical support including trouble-shooting and clinical guidance to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.Provide clinical support for: FARAPULSE, POLARx, RHYTHMIA, LAB SYSTEM PRO, MAESTRO 4000, METRIQ, plus support for the full range of Boston Scientific EP Catheters.Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)Successfully complete formal CRM training program and maintain high level of technical and market knowledge.Provide superior day-to-day field clinical support, including patient interactions, programming of Boston devices, and patient follow up.Once certified, participate in the on-call roster and support the CRM team after hours and on weekends.EP & CRMBuild strong customer relationships to understand their needs and identify potential new business opportunities.Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing feasible solutions.Record customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.Complete relevant administration, including reporting and inventory management.Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products.Support the broader ANZ Rhythm Management business as needed.Participate in relevant tender processes and complete market analysis and reporting as required.Maintain all company assets, including assigned inventory, in accordance with BSC audit and process requirements.KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR SUCCESSProduct/Technical KnowledgeA thorough understanding of Cardiac Electrophysiology.Successfully complete all relevant EP & CRM training.Develop in-depth knowledge of EP & CRM procedures, products, and treatment applications.Proactively keep up to date with technical knowledge in EP & CRM.Relationship BuildingBuild and maintain effective networks that add value in achieving work-related goals.Skilled in building rapport with a wide variety of individuals.Work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment.Organisation & ReportingMaintain well-organised materials, files, systems, and reports.Plan and prioritise territory activity.Ensure all parts of a job are completed in full, within deadlines.Results FocusedDemonstrate a growth mindset and seek feedback for self-development.Recognise and act on opportunities while maintaining a flexible approach to meet goals.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSPrevious clinical case experience within electrophysiology/rhythm management is essential.Strong technical and clinical skills.Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.Ability to absorb complex technical information and apply this knowledge in the field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Tertiary qualifications in biomedical engineering or science-related disciplines are preferred.Exposure to conventional EP and ability to interpret EP signals.Desired qualifications: IBHRE EP, IBHRE Pacing.Job Type:Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Adelaide, SA 5000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred).Work Location:Hybrid remote in Adelaide, SA 5000.#J-18808-Ljbffr
