We are looking for a senior evaluation analyst with:
4. Industry relevant experience and/or qualification with demonstrated capability in managing end to end evaluation processes
5. Understanding and strong experience working with qualitative and quantitative data and the ability to analyse and synthesise these into reports to support decision making
6. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse groups throughout the evaluation project life cycle.
The Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI) leads innovation in clinical care across NSW. We do this by bringing clinicians, patients and healthcare managers together to design and implement new ways to deliver healthcare.
What you will be doing
The Senior Evaluation Analyst will work closely with the Evaluation Manager to plan, develop, and undertake evaluations of initiatives, models of care, pathways and guidelines across the NSW Health system. This position will have a key focus on the evaluation of larger scale high priority health system programs in addition to supporting the evaluation of other ACI programs. Evaluations will be designed to monitor progress, measure outcomes and assess impacts of programs and projects and identify areas that may benefit from improvement.
This role will work collaboratively with all ACI Directorates, the Ministry for Health, Local Health Districts, Hospitals and health professionals to facilitate contribution to the evaluation process.
The key focus of the role will be to:
7. Undertake evaluation activities and reporting in accordance with associated evaluation plans.
8. Develop monitoring and evaluation plans (including program theory and logic models).
9. Develop the methods, tools and project plans and undertake all aspects of ACI led evaluations. Support development of individual and organisational capacity to embed evaluation across ACI programs.
10. Where required support the process of commissioning external evaluations to ensure they are fit for purpose.

Remuneration : $122,850 - $139,559 per annum, excluding Superannuation
