They are seeking an experienced and driven Payroll Officer to join the growing team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining employee payroll records, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
Managing payrolls for all employees includes calculating and processing payroll, bonuses, and overtime payments.
Maintaining employee records including salary, benefits, and deductions.
Calculating wages, taxes, and other deductions according to company policies and government regulations.
Responding to payroll-related enquiries from employees and management and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
Assisting with the preparation of year-end reports and tax filings.
Preparing payroll reports and maintaining accurate records of payroll transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will have experience in a similar role, in a fast-paced and busy professional environment.
Your experience will include but is not limited to:
2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, procedures and reporting requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other payroll software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work independently and in a team environment.
