Faircloth & Reynolds is seeking a Finance Administration Assistant to join our dynamic team in Coffs Harbour, NSW.
About you
We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team to meet departmental objectives and must possess the following skills and experience:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar finance administration or office support role
* Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
* Proficient in using financial software, spreadsheets, and other relevant business applications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
* A can-do attitude with willingness to learn and be a team player
About the Position
The Finance Administration Assistant duties will include:
* Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, such as processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and following up on outstanding payments
* Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of financial operations
* Supporting the finance and administration team with ad-hoc tasks
