About the Opportunity: As the Executive Assistant Manager, you will be central to bringing The Sundays' ethos to life through exceptional operations and heartfelt service.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the Front Office and Housekeeping teams while collaborating closely with Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to deliver a seamless experience across the hotel.From ensuring the highest service standards to creating unforgettable moments for our guests, your role will be key in establishing The Sundays as a place where every day feels like a Sunday—a time for family, connection, and unwinding.With your leadership, you'll foster an environment that invites guests and team members alike to 'kick back a little further, pull loved ones a little closer, and savour every moment.' What You Will Do: Lead and support the Housekeeping and Front Office teams, establishing a welcoming, positive culture from day one. Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring service delivery meet luxury standards. Build a strong, cohesive team through effective recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and skill development, fostering a collaborative work environment. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams, ensuring seamless service across all guest touchpoints. Develop and implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction, optimise operational efficiency, and maximise profitability. Monitor performance metrics and budget adherence, providing insights to drive continuous improvement and achieve departmental goals. Uphold The Sundays' ethos in all interactions, creating a relaxed and memorable guest experience that reflects our commitment to laid-back luxury. What We're Looking For: Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry. Certificate III, IV, or Diploma in Business Management (desirable). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, with experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B. Ability to inspire teams, resolve challenges, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere. Ability to handle unexpected challenges with poise and professionalism.
