JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking to appoint a full-time Assistant Store Manager who is driven by the desire to contribute their unique and proven management ability and passion for service, to make a real difference! Based at our Levi's Highpoint store, you will be reporting to the Store Manager.
Our ideal candidate:
* Extensive and progressive retail management experience, exhibiting discretion, professional judgement, tact and diplomacy
* High school Diploma
* Creative individual with a flair for fashion
* Passionate about creating a customer service and sales culture where customer expectations are exceeded
* Motivated by the challenge of driving sales and creating a team environment that is buzzing with excitement
* Confident in assisting with leading, training and developing the team to further their individual growth and maximize the stores performance
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Collaborate with Store Manager to develop and flex store business strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories
* Assist with tracking store’s performance to meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily
* Support the Store Manager in training and development of new and existing team members.
* Show high levels of detail in visual merchandising and stock management
* Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures
* Provide effective leadership and delegate responsibilities to ensure all required store tasks are completed
* Proactively resolve consumer concerns in a manner consistent with company policy and with consumer satisfaction in mind
* Partner with Store Manager on elevated consumer issues
