$135,320 package includes salary ($119,757 - $132,188), employer's superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This position is responsible for increasing efficiency and profitability by providing meaningful commentary on finance results, conducting analysis on financial and operational results to understand company performance, provide insights around financial modelling, forecasts and profitability and review operations to develop recommendations for business improvements. The Senior Finance Analyst will support the work of specialist teams within Finance Business Partnering, Management Accounting or Finance Strategy and Optimisation and other relevant functions with key insights, requirements and commentary to add depth to analysis and modelling activities.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in accounting or in a related discipline Strong knowledge of, and experience working with finance systems for the purposes of creating insights and recommendations to support achievement of business outcomes Strong analytic skills and a keen attention to detail with demonstrated experience translating insights into implementable recommendations Outstanding communication and presentation skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team and be outcome driven with a proven experience in working in a fast-paced environment Continuous Improvement will be at the heart of your work ethic, evident by your adaptable mindset and passion for learning High-level stakeholder engagement skills, build trusted partnerships to optimise business outcomes and an ability to translate technical information to a range of audiences Highly Regarded
