The Opportunity Reporting into the Head of Retail, the Chief Pharmacist is responsible for leading the development and managing the success of dispensary and health services programs across Sigma pharmacies.
The Chief Pharmacist works to enable our Franchise Partners to capture greater share of their patient's lifetime health spend, improve patient health outcomes and become the community healthcare destination of choice.
Key Responsibilities include: Lead and drive the health and dispensary services strategy for the business.
Ownership of the Ethical Partnerships program and ensuring it is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant and adds value.
Responsible for management and maintenance of all Pharmacy program contracts.
Accountable for the development and governance framework for health and dispensary services programs.
Lead the Health Services team (dispensary operations specialists) to meet the operational and strategic needs of the business.
Manage and maintain the budget for the department.
We are looking for: Bachelor of Pharmacy.
10+ years pharmacy industry experience including retail pharmacy experience.
5+ years people management experience.
Strategic awareness.
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
