This leading University is seeking an experienced Change Manager to play a key role in implementing a scheduling system for casual staff. Key activities Design, develop, and execute change initiatives, including establishing Change Networks, Go-Live, and Hypercare support models. Identify, analyse, and mitigate risks, including resistance to change. Coach senior leaders and supporting them in driving change across the University. Evaluate change readiness and implement effective mitigation strategies. Engage stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication across teams. Track stakeholder engagement and refine strategies to maximise adoption. Key skills & experience Minimum 8 years leading change management activities in technology-driven projects. Proven ability to develop and implement change management strategies, communication plans, and resistance management techniques. Experience implementing scheduling, time, and attendance systems (UKG/Kronos preferred). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and collaborate at all levels. High-level problem-solving skills and sound judgment to navigate complex challenges. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, etc.) highly regarded.
