Roles and Responsibilities: Experience as a Senior Technical Lead / Architect. Experienced in ITIL Process Definition, Integration Solutions, Architecture level configurations, Service Now modules. Leading at least a couple of Implementation projects in ITSM/CSM area and one complete Implementation lifecycle for Service Now. Experience in Service Now custom application design and development. Expertise in Service Now deployments, integration with other third-party tools, Orchestration, operational activities, Design expertise, and Solutioning. Experience in converting business requirements to technical design. Strong work experience in projects like Support, Maintenance, Migration, Upgrades, Integrations, and Implementations. Mentor and share technical knowledge/guidance with the team. Design technical solutions based on customer requirements and convert them to functional requirements. Review requirements to ensure that they are provided in sufficient detail to be accurately estimated. Good ITIL process knowledge and ability to evaluate and identify correlations and impacts with respect to customer requirements and ITIL/industry standards. Maintain and review license data in Service Now and proactively report on compliance slippage.
