They pride themselves on their high-level support to the building industry and their wide range of products available.They are seeking an experienced administrator/ customer support coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.Your new roleIn this role you will be available to work from 6:30am and be responsible for:High level customer and stakeholder engagementPrepare quotes for small and large scale projectsSet up accounts for new customersEnsure current customer accounts are up to dateCoordinate delivery of productCoordinate staff schedule for project deliveryConflict resolutionEmail correspondenceUpselling products to customersLearn the product and be able to do salesWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience within the blue-collar industry. You will be able to work from 6:30am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday and every second Saturday.
