About the role We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join this dynamic team in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you Duties Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer queries. Provide support for administrative tasks, such as generating reports and updating customer details. Assist with customer feedback collection and contribute to improving service processes. Skills & experience Previous experience in customer service / administrative position Proven experience in a retail environment preferred or FMCG. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
