We are partnered with a State Government organisation in Nerang to recruit a Project Support Officer for six months with the possibility for extension. Your new role Join this State Government organisation as a high-level administrative and project support officer. This temporary role involves: Administrative Support: Coordinate team meetings, take and distribute minutes, prepare documents and reports, maintain spreadsheets and registers, and provide timely updates and presentations. Project Support: Assist with financial approval documentation, contract administration, and procurement activities, including preparing procurement documents, liaising with external parties, and supporting tender processes in line with departmental frameworks. Documentation Management: Ensure infrastructure project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked, and recorded, and follow up to ensure timely delivery and approvals. Database Maintenance: Update and improve database information by interpreting technical and engineering documents to analyse and report complex road information system outputs. Compliance: Ensure operational practices and standards comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (including WH&S), and governance obligations.
