Wagga Wagga City Council is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our Art Gallery team as Casual Art Gallery Assistants!
We are looking for professional and friendly staff to join our Art Gallery team with key responsibilities involving Front of House (Reception and Retail), Invigilation, Public Programs, and Events.
Remuneration: $ gross per hour plus superannuation.
The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
1. Assist in the daily operation of the Gallery and provide customer service duties, always ensuring a highly presentable and welcoming reception.
2. Provide courteous and effective service to the visiting public, including information about exhibitions and public programs, and addressing enquiries.
3. Provide invigilation for the Gallery, including exhibitions, weekends, and some out-of-hours duties for events and public programs.
4. Perform administrative duties associated with the role.
