This role is a maternity leave cover, but has a high likelihood of going permanent - either in this store, or another one close by! If you're an Optical Dispenser, looking to step up and give leadership a go - then this is the role and team for you!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Store Manager in coaching the retail team and ensuring professional customer service is always providedAssist the retail team with pre-testing and dispensingMaintain store presentation and inventory controlImplement roster changes and drive sales through KPIsSupport the day-to-day operations of the store and be front of house supportDevelop their optical knowledge as an essential part of the roleSkills and ExperiencePositivity creates possibility! As a Supervisor, you will lead & inspire by exhibiting the following:Management Skills: Demonstrated leadership or training experience in a retail/customer service settingPractical Abilities: Experience within the optical industry.
