About the project
As part of the Training Enhancement Program, CFA is embarking on a transformative step to integrate Virtual Reality into CFA's training framework to enhance training and skill development for volunteers. By investing in advanced Virtual Reality technology, CFA will ensure accessible, effective and innovative training for its volunteers.
About the Role
In this six month project, the Project Manager will oversee the rollout of Virtual Reality kits and develop supporting systems and processes across CFA regions, with a specific focus on the operational rollout and process design of the project.
This exciting, new position, will provide the successful candidate with exposure to strategic and complex components of the project, requiring strict quality control processes. In partnership with the Manager Quality & Evaluation, you will work with stakeholders to understand existing CFA processes and develop strategies for implementation.
Your strong written and verbal communication will be pivotal as you'll be required to establish and maintain clear lines of communication and provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and stakeholders.
Attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential to managing and mitigating emerging project risks and producing business and technical documentation and reporting, to support the rollout. Understanding the role of volunteers as primary stakeholders is key.
About You
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to focus on bridging the gap between strategic vision and operational execution in the rollout of Virtual Reality kits across CFA. By focusing on project management and process design, the successful candidate will ensure that our Virtual Reality initiative not only meets immediate delivery targets but also sets the stage for long-term, improvements in training and skills development across CFA.
To be the successful candidate you will be a Project Manager or Business Analyst with experience working in a large and complex organisation. You will demonstrate high level written and verbal communication skills and the leadership ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. Important to this role, is expertise in analytical thinking, knowledge of reporting tools and the ability to create reports and presentations to communicate insights and achieve project outcomes.
