Challenger Services Group is seeking an experienced Business Liaison Officer to join our national team. This role offers the flexibility of working out of our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane of Gold Coast offices. The Business Liaison Officer will establish and manage communication between the business and various community groups, organisations and government departments to foster relationships designed to create employment and training pathways, cross referrals and business development, all within a robust compliance framework. The role will have responsibility for setting and implementing organisational goals, priorities and strategic plans. Key to the position will be driving operational excellence, managing strategic projects and project management, ensuring timely flow of information between the business, community groups and government. Participating in meetings to negotiate agreements among the organization, community, and government entities, identifying potential challenges, and proposing resolutions. Compiling reports and meeting notes while upholding confidentiality standards for all documents. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for employment and training pipelines, business growth in the government sector and compliance enhancement with a particular focus on government tenders and projects. About You You have proven your success as a Business Liaison Officer within a national or multinational business, with expertise in establishing and facilitating communication between different community groups, organisations and government departments. You are adept at providing authoritative advice around strategic planning, human resources, and implementing complex projects. You are driven for results, appreciate political sensitivities, and are passionate about championing initiatives to drive a high-performance culture and operational excellence.
