Techforce Personnel has partnered with our new client based in the Kalgoorlie area in search of a Site Administrator on a new and exciting project. Our client is searching for a candidate with site administration experience ideally haulage based.The Role Will Include Duties Such As:Provide administration support to various departments when required.Provide administration support to mobilisation teams including booking and managing travel and accommodation.Manage office reception including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.General administration duties, including stock management of PPE and restocking of communal amenities around the office.Data entry and word processing.The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year site administration experience including knowledge and confidence of the following:SAPMS OfficeINXExcellent written and verbal communication skills.The successful candidate must be Kalgoorlie based.
