Through engaging in regular safety talks, conducting pre-delivery assessments on your vehicle, and safety inspections on sites, there's plenty of opportunities to discuss hazards and risks associated with conditions.Find new ways – discussion with peers and leaders in the business to identify opportunities to improve the way we work, from improvements in systems and reporting, to finding safer and more efficient ways to succeed.Own it – as an Ampol driver you are representing us across various locations, visiting local customers, communities, terminals and diesel stops, and the role allows you to engage directly with customers, community members, colleagues and leaders.Connect to win – discussion with scheduling and fleet teams to confirm run sheets and understand the customers you'll be supporting.Must haves: Commitment to Ampol's valuesA current MC licenceBe available to commit to a rotating roster with shifts up to 14 hours, operating under Basic Fatigue ManagementStrong communication (verbal, written and presentation) with persuasive ability to influence change.Basic computer literacy skillsAbility to prioritise and meet deadlines.Safety focused.Nice to haves: DG licenceBFM CertificationOperational knowledge of relevant laws and statutes applying to the transport of petroleum products including OH&S, Environmental, Dangerous Goods and Transportation rules and regulations.About Ampol: We are proud of our heritage.
