The Role
We are seeking qualified and passionate educators with a background in Community Services to deliver our nationally accredited course at our Shepparton location.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Deliver community services training, utilizing flexible teaching and learning strategies.
* Maintain all assessment and training paperwork to RTO standards, ensuring adherence to ASQA requirements.
* Support students with their studies, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Liaise closely with Coordinator, providing timely and accurate data and reports when required.
* Regularly monitor and evaluate the delivery of training to ensure excellent support and service to students, maximizing successful outcomes.
* Maintain personal currency of knowledge in relevant Training Packages and vocational industry.

Qualifications & Requirements
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including an LLN unit and the unit TAEASS502).
* Diploma in Community Services or Mental Health.
* Significant experience in Community services, with sound knowledge of current industry standards.
* A current Police Check (Within the last 6 months or currently applying).
* A current Working with Children Check - Employee (or currently applying).
* A current Driver's Licence.
* Proficient in English, with good IT skills and digital literacy experience.
