Job DescriptionThis role will provide on-site support to the Project Manager and the site teams to assist in the achievement of project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesRun Prestarts/ToolboxGenerate and distribute daily works planMaintain short term programCoordinate daily VMPLiaise with supply chainArrange resources to deliver plan (ie book trucks, subcontractors etc)Inductions of Personnel/Plant/Equipment - Boral/SWMS etcProvide site information to the QMROrganise plant/vehicle inspectionsKey RequirementsBachelor of Engineering (Civil) or its equivalent.Experience working on asphalt projectsIntermediate to advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft SuiteAbility to produce SWMS.Ability to formulate and prepare minor contractual claims and variations.Extensive experience working as a Project Engineer on asphalt projects in AustraliaWorking knowledge of safety legislation, Australian Standards, and industry codesThis role is a 6 month contract role based in Nowra full time on site (5 days/week) with no working from home.
