This will include creating and delivering clear communications to existing customers whilst ensuring the communications are compliant with regulatory requirements.Key Accountabilities:Work with stakeholders on the retention strategy for existing RAMS home loan customers.Work with internal and external stakeholders including agency partners to deliver appropriate communications as it relates to the business strategy, whether marketing, service or remediation related.Ongoing vendor and capability management.Oversee RAMS social media channels including posting of services related messages and community management.Ensure accurate segmentation and targeting of customer cohorts, guaranteeing that communications are delivered to the correct audiences.What do I need?The successful candidate will be:Experienced in Marketing within Financial Services.Experienced in delivering communications around customer retention.Motivated and an independent worker.Able to exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable with managing senior stakeholders.Experienced with SalesForce and Adobe software.How do I apply?Start here.
