Fiercely independent, Hill-Smith Family Estates is driven by sustainability, innovation, excellence and a pride in its people that result in a genuine opportunity for personal and professional growth.About the rolePredominately based in Angaston and reporting to the Marketing Manager – Yalumba, the Assistant Brand Manager will implement brand strategies, brand positioning and go-to-market activities as directed.Key requirements Assist the brand team to develop and implement brand strategies across multiple communication platforms.Work closely with key stakeholders including Customer Marketing, Sales and internal functions to coordinate brand activities.Contribute to brand style and tone ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consistency of implementation in market.Development and coordination of customer presentations, sales tools, point of sale and promotional materials in line with brand strategies and guidelines.Community management across assigned brands including relevant social media channels and email.Use a full suite of marketing insights to report on brand health and performance over time. Measure and report the performance of all assigned marketing campaigns and assess against goals.Manage and report on marketing expenditure and assist with volume sales and pricing forecasts as required.About youPrevious experience in a Marketing Coordination role, preferably with wine/alcohol, luxury brand experience and FMCG knowledge and a solid understanding of supporting and contributing to a brand marketing team.Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce discipline are essential.
