Project Manager - Outside Sales - HVAC / Plumbing / Sheetmetal
Must have one year of experience.
1. Prospect, acquire, and cultivate new business selling opportunities related to Parts, Supplies, sheet metal and replacement equipment products.
2. Responsible for developing sales activities associated with Commercial Distribution Parts, Supplies, and Accessories as well as supporting and developing opportunities for Aftermarket Equipment Sales.
3. Improve sales revenue and gross margin.
4. Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system.
5. Maintain selling relationships with key customers.
6. Work directly with Inside Sales Representatives to ensure an optimal customer experience is achieved.
7. Educate new equipment purchasers on warranty coverage and best practice claims procedures.
8. Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
9. Visit assigned accounts, making sales calls and developing approaches that best position products, services, or ideas; identify and meet the needs of commercial customers. Maintain a database of account sales call activity.
10. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Will consider candidates with HVAC Distribution / Parts background and experience handling OEM sales.
