managing the receiving, warehousing and out turn of grain.Key tasks of this role include the day to day supervision of staff, meeting budgets and achieving compliance requirements.Other responsibilities include:Providing positive leadership to the team through the support and development of team members, appropriate rostering and supervision of worksEnsuring a safe and healthy environment through the identification, evaluation and control of risksEnsuring grain quality on out turn is equal to or better than as it was graded on receivalMaintaining site hygiene including but not limited to grain husbandry and tarp maintenanceManaging bunker and silo pest control to ensure zero live insects found on out turnDeveloping and managing ongoing external client relationships with growers, transport operators, key stakeholders Experience Desired qualifications, skills and experience:Industry recognised grain sampling and inspection courseFull NSW drivers licenceFront end loader competency, forklift licencePrevious experience as a Grains Supervisor or Leading HandFirst aid certificate Confined spaces cert Chemcert qualifications Experience with Microsoft office suiteClear and
