You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while working within a supportive and close-knit team. This role is based in Padstow and will be full time in the office (flexible working hours) with onsite parking provided. Key Responsibilities Full-cycle payroll processing for a high-volume workforce across multiple entities in Australia and New Zealand Managing payroll for part-time, contractors, and employees under various EBAs Interpreting and implementing new EBAs, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards Setting up new employees in the payroll system, processing contracts, and onboarding new starters Managing payroll adjustments, including pay rises, allowances, and deductions Troubleshooting payroll issues and liaising with employees to resolve queries Processing workers' compensation payments and liaising with HR on employment-related matters Collaborating with the finance team on payroll reporting and reconciliation About you Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in the construction or similar high-volume industry Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation Ability to interpret EBAs and Awards confidently High attention to detail with strong numerical and problem-solving skills HR exposure is beneficial but not essential (HR tasks make up approx. 10% of the role) Ability to work independently while being part of a small, supportive team Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders Please apply through the link below.
