What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in A La Carte Service: Previous experience as a section waiter or bartender in a fast-paced a la carte restaurant setting.
* Premium Service Background: Experience in delivering high-quality, premium service will be highly regarded.
* Passion and Drive: A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and a strong desire to succeed.
* Positive Attitude: A strong work ethic, “can-do” attitude, and outgoing personality.
* Attention to Detail and Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and an eye for detail.
* Flexibility and Availability: Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and both opening and closing shifts.
* Queensland RSA Certificate: Must have or be willing to obtain a Queensland RSA certificate.
