About the Role

You will be building customer relationships in person and over the phone to drive business development to our custom residential project homes. Key Responsibilities of the Role:Strong focus on lead generation and new business development.Ensuring all new customers or potential ones are followed up with and nurtured.Preparation of sales and KPI reports. Manage the CRM database.Working with clients to develop specific customer requirements and specifications Skills & Experience:* Demonstrated Sales or customer service experience. * Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards and guidelines preferred.* Competent with CRM and all Office software.* Exposure to residential Custom project building or real estate industry essential.* Ability to create and build client relationships.CultureThe office culture is vibrant and light.
