Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Own Brand team at Coles Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping brand strategy, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and driving the growth of Coles' Own Brand portfolio.
The successful candidate will have over 8 years of experience in brand strategy and marketing management, with a proven track record managing multiple brands across diverse categories. You will be adept at adapting quickly to different situations, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, and leading teams through strategic, data-driven decision-making.
In this role, you will lead brand and portfolio management across multiple categories, ensuring compelling customer propositions, commercial success, and enhanced efficiencies. You will also deliver Own Brand growth through strategic brand management, planning, and performance tracking across priority brands.
You will manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, empowering cross-functional teams to achieve success through strong leadership and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will foster a customer-centric approach, grounded in insights, to guide decision-making across brand development and marketing initiatives.
Mentorship is also an essential part of this role, as you will mentor Marketing Managers, ensuring they thrive in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
