This highly reputable law firm is seeking a motivated Bookkeeper to provide a high standard of service and quality financial reporting. In this role you will work with the Practice Manager to ensure the smooth running of the accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include: External and internal postal mail management Assisting the Partners Daily reconciliations of accounts Management of all accounts including the trust accounts for the firm Keeping of records through filing system, cashbooks Trust and Office Online payments, EFT payments, Bpay, international payments Managing office credit card for court filing and other payments Managing petty cash, statutory deposit and safe custody records Assisting with the preparation of invoices, Receipt and Payment processing Reception when required Ad hoc Admin as required About you As an all-round support for the firm, you will be professionally presented, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate willingness and enthusiasm to learn more.
