Key Responsibilities: Product Assortment & Service Standards:
Oversee product selection, inventory management, and service quality.
Develop and execute purchasing and marketing strategies while establishing pricing structures.Customer Inquiries:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate, helpful information about our products and services.
Offer expert advice on the best use of safety equipment and services.Order Entry:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure order details are correct and provide timely confirmations to customers.Quoting:
Prepare and send price quotations to customers.
Work closely with the sales team to provide competitive quotes for bulk orders.Follow-Up:
Proactively follow up with customers to keep them informed on order status.
Address any concerns or issues related to order fulfillment.
Monitor inventory levels and track financial transactions.Retail Shop Assistance:
Help customers with product inquiries and assist in making purchases at our retail shop.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment.Budgeting & Staff Management:
Manage budgeting for the establishment.
Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.Qualifications and Skills: Previous customer service experience, ideally within a related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in order processing and data entry.
Knowledge of safety equipment, PPE, or workwear is a plus.
Positive, customer-first attitude.
