What You'll Do: You will take ownership of the FP&A team, with two direct reports, and ensure you are delivering on financial planning, budgeting, month-end reporting, forecasts, and providing detailed analysis. This position is crucial in helping the business achieve its strategic goals, and you will build relationships with other teams in areas such as sales, production, and supply chain. You will partner with these departments to improve margins, enhance costs, and give them a thorough understanding of the financial performance of their areas of responsibility. Preparing a consolidated month end Management Report across the Group. Leading the group budgeting and forecasting process Provide variance analysis and performance reporting Work closely with different group entities to support their growth and profitability, as well work with EOM processes. Provide strategic insights into business performance and relay how they can be built upon Development of financial models that will support strategic decisions. Fully qualified accountant Strong experience of leading budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
