The Role
Join Our Team as a Graduate Business Analyst (BA)
Toll Group IT is excited to be recruiting a Graduate Business Analyst (BA) to join the Cyber Security team. To succeed in this role you are an enthusiastic business analyst with good coordination skills who will assist different projects in Cyber Program. The ideal candidate will focus on supporting project teams, organising tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role is vital in coordinating and overseeing project milestones. You will assist Project Managers and Senior Business Analysts with scheduling meetings, tracking the tasks and documenting the requirements, meeting all quality standards.
The BA will report into the IT Corporate Project Lead, with a dotted line to the Cyber Security Program Manager and will work with diverse stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects.
A day in the life of a Graduate Business Analyst at Toll Group:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements
* Translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications
* Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows
* Demonstrated experience in project coordination and strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
* Perform administrative tasks, including organising meetings, maintaining records, and supporting the team
* Organise and track project documentation for efficient document management
About You:
To succeed in this role, we are seeking a junior business analyst who is passionate to learn and assist the Cyber Program within a global organisation.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Technology or a related discipline
* Cyber skills (desired)
Experience
* IT knowledge and/or experience (desirable)
* Ability to work at a fast pace and manage competing priorities
* Self-sufficient with a focus on results, requiring limited supervision
* Proficient in using MS Office
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
* Positive, energetic, and well-organised team player with excellent communication skills
