Job Description
1. Full Time position
The Laboratory Analyst within the Food Chemistry Laboratory is responsible for performing analytical methods, operating equipment/analytical instruments, and managing sample registration and disposal.
Qualifications
2. Diploma in Science/Laboratory Techniques (or similar) or equivalent Food Testing experience preferred. Tertiary qualifications not essential but will be valued.
3. Experience in a Commercial Food laboratory will be an advantage.
4. Experience in using different equipment/instrumental (IC/GC/HPLC) and sample preparation techniques.
5. Knowledge of standard office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
