The Position:The Housekeeping Supervisor are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations for their assigned department.This includes ensuring all Occupational Health and Safety, Hygiene, Environmental and Quality Standards are met by staff.ISS is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our on-site department, provide an excellent housekeeping service, while ensuring all contractual obligations are met.What we are looking for: Previous experience in FIFO Housekeeping.Implement and control the department budget.Implement and review service standards.Assist the Human Resources team in the recruitment and selection of team members.Ensure effectiveness of training, performance evaluations and counselling of staff for the department.Ensure a strong interface with Front Office and other managers as required.You will be required to provide leadership, support and coordinate site staff in maintaining a customer focused and safe working environment.As you will be in constant contact with senior executives and external representatives, you will display polished presentation and communication abilities.Proven leadership skills are an essential requirement of the role as is a strong decision making capability.Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.Knowledge of flight and accommodation systems (desired).Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass pre-employment medical.What you will get in return: All meals, accommodation and uniform provided whilst on site.Mental, financial and physical health support programs.Great team culture in a global business that nurtures talent has a commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.Ongoing support and training with opportunities to grow at a global company.At ISS we believe 'People Make Places' and we are looking for the best People to create the best work-Places in Western Australia.
