A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands. Departing from the traditional sales agency model, Two Circles Rights Management provides each client with a dedicated team that services rights holder sales requirements. We provide clients with access to a team of specialists split across Research & Analytics, Creative Services and Project Management – supporting a team of experienced corporate facing Sales Leads who execute deals with brands and broadcasters globally.
We have led and closed over $1.2bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for UEFA Women’s Football, the All Blacks, Mercedes F1, ICC, AC Milan and Chelsea.
Requirements
We have a wonderful opportunity to join our Rights Management team in Melbourne in a senior sales leadership role. Reporting to our Managing Director, Sponsorship, this role will be responsible for leading a world class sales team that is responsible for delivering some of the largest deals in sport, with the world’s most premium rights holders. Alongside supporting the acquisition of new rights and the enhancing the scope across all Two Circles clients. We’re looking for a proven sponsorship sales professional with leadership credentials and the entrepreneurialism, intellect, and rigour to excel in our business.
In addition to leading a high performing sales team and support functions, you will nurture and develop our talent, you will manage and build trusted relationships with C-Level executives at key global rights holders and brands, and importantly you will act as conduit between sponsorship and consultancy, technology and content teams.
