The Company:Talent Butler is proud to be partnering with a large not-for-profit organisation to source a Senior Development Manager to drive the delivery of a diverse range of retirement living and aged care projects.This organisation is well-positioned financially to grow its property portfolio and redevelop its existing assets.The Role:Reporting to the Development Director, you will manage the development and delivery of multiple large scale independent living and community projects.The key responsibilities of the Senior Development Manager are as follows:Drive the upfront process on specific projects including options analyses, market appraisals, product development, financial feasibilities, master planning, and conceptual analysis;Drive the design approach on specific projects with respect to aged care practices and building typology that meets resident's needs, market expectations, and organisational requirements;Manage the macro and the micro design on specific projects to ensure a product that meets the brief is achieved at all times;Manage all key project stakeholders including internal stakeholders;Ensure the planning consent process is proactively managed for specific projects at both local and State Government levels to ensure timely consent and value-added results are achieved;Ensure project delivery meets all key performance outcomes, namely: time, cost, quality, scope, procurement, communication, people management, risk, and integration.Requirements: Bachelor degree in property, architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline;A minimum of 7 years experience in both front-end and back-end delivery of retirement living or residential projects;Proven people management, stakeholder, and communication skills (written and verbally);Ability to build networks with LGAs, Councils, and the wider building industry;Ability to manage and deliver projects autonomously;Professional and highly driven individual with the ability to adapt to change and work effectively within a supportive and collaborative team environment;Culture & Benefits: Sustainable organisation with responsible leadership and a clear company purpose to improve our community;High-performing property development team consisting of respected, genuine, and committed property professionals;Collaborative and supportive development team with a substantial pipeline of projects to deliver;Excellent remuneration package;Not-for-profit salary packaging benefits;Learning and Development opportunities within the organisation;Flexible work arrangement policy;How To Apply:Please contact Andrew Harper on 0416 886 885 or click apply with your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
