This role is responsible for helping facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of Moose in support of the CEO's agenda, by aiding decision-making; fostering collaboration and alignment across the business; and ensuring the strategic objectives are achieved effectively and efficiently.Main Responsibilities include:Support to the CEOManage the CEO's email correspondence and calendar.Draft and coordinate the preparation of key presentations and speeches.Represent the CEO at events or conferences.Act as the point of contact between CEO, and key stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with key partners, internal and external stakeholders.Manage Linked-in profile updates, social media forums and media releases in consultation with the Global Corporate Communications Manager.Process monthly business-related expenses in conjunction with the Finance Department and Personal Accountant.Continually seek to improve and streamline processes and operations as they relate to the CEO and SLT as appropriate.Strategic Planning & ExecutionProvide support on strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO.Work closely with the SLT to coordinate their strategic planning processes and ensure alignment with agreed objectives.Assist the SLT to manage their time and priorities, including scheduling their strategic meetings and preparing strategic briefing materials as required.Effectively lead or support strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the executive team.Assist the CEO and SLT to identify potential risks and opportunities and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities effectively.Travel and EntertainmentManage and coordinate business related travel and oversee personal related travel including, but not limited to, making detailed travel itineraries, destination and accommodation research, making travel bookings, arranging Visas, arranging transfers, making restaurant bookings and preparing detailed travel itineraries.Arrange business lunches, events and functions, both domestic and international, as required.Family OfficeSupport meetings through preparing minutes, briefing notes, agendas, reporting and logistics.Provide administrative support, attend meetings where required.Maintain meeting schedules for Monthly Board Meetings, weekly / fortnightly catch ups for Family Office.People ManagementOversee the day-to-day workload of the Junior Personal Assistant, manage their performance, training and professional development, through the provision of clear direction, coaching and support.Regularly review resourcing requirements for the department and participate in recruitment campaigns as required.Promote and consult with direct report/s on all health and well-being matters.ABOUT YOU8+ years' experience in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in business management or operations.Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.A relevant tertiary qualification preferred but not essential.Proven experience in leading multiple priorities in parallel.Manages time effectively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity.Always maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information.A passionate self-starter who is results-oriented and will take action to ensure obligations are met.Values collaboration, bold thinking and will thrive working in a dynamic, creative and intelligent team.Strategic and critical thinking, commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills.Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - high emotional intelligence.Excellent executive level stakeholder management, relationship development and influencing skills.Demonstrated ability in building strong relationships and working within multi-disciplinary teams.Self-motivated and experienced leading and driving initiatives.ALL WELCOMEJust like our wide range and variety of brands, Moose embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
