We are committed to cultivating an equal, diverse, and inclusive environment for our staff, residents, and stakeholders.Job DescriptionThe Opportunity As the Infrastructure and Security Implementation Lead, you will play a pivotal role within the Digital Services team, contributing to the evolving infrastructure and cybersecurity needs of Housing Choices Australia (HCA). Reporting directly to the Director of Digital Services, this role is responsible for the end-to-end implementation of crucial changes and initiatives. You will lead high-level stakeholder engagements, ensuring the Digital Services department is positioned as a valued partner, integral to achieving HCA's strategic goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact, influencing technology, security, and infrastructure across a dynamic and growing organisation that operates in five states and twelve group entities.What you'll do Lead and manage the implementation of infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives across HCA's digital services.Develop and track key activity milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet deliverables.Coordinate and manage IT vendors for change and release management while tracking financials, including budgets and forecasts.Oversee test plan development and UAT activities to ensure all requirements are met before deployment.Identify, monitor, and implement controls to mitigate risks associated with infrastructure and security changes.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and successful outcomes.Develop and execute change management plans, including training for impacted system users and administrators.Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.This position offers a platform to lead cutting-edge projects and drive meaningful change within a supportive, forward-thinking organization.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll bring: As the Infrastructure and Security Implementation Lead, you will bring extensive expertise in managing complex ICT infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple changes in fast-paced environments. Your ability to plan, organise, and lead projects will be critical, as will your strength in collaborating with senior executives and managing key stakeholder relationships.
