About the Role As an Ecommerce Manager, you will oversee the online store, optimising performance and driving sales growth. You'll manage product launches, enhance the customer journey, and leverage data to improve conversion rates. Collaborating with the team, you'll ensure a seamless shopping experience while implementing strategies to boost revenue. Duties As an experienced eCommerce Manager, you will take full ownership of the online store, ensuring a seamless customer journey while driving revenue growth. This role involves: Overseeing the end-to-end management of the ecommerce website, ensuring seamless functionality and a user-friendly experience. Managing monthly product launches, ensuring accurate product descriptions and optimising content for SEO. Analysing ecommerce performance metrics, including conversion rates and sales data, to identify areas for improvement. Planning and optimising landing pages to enhance the customer journey and maximise engagement. Coordinating with external agencies to improve website performance and implement best practices. Utilising and enhancing ecommerce tools to drive sales and personalise the shopping experience. Overseeing front-end website updates, delegating tasks to the wider team as needed. Developing and implementing targeted email marketing campaigns to promote underperforming products and boost sales. Working closely with the Ecommerce Assistant and Customer Care team to support business growth and achieve revenue targets. Driving ecommerce strategy, leveraging data insights to increase online sales and brand visibility. Skills & Experience Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a retail or consumer-driven industry. Strong knowledge of SEO, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and digital marketing strategies. Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce. Ability to analyse data and performance metrics to drive sales growth and improve customer experience. Experience managing product launches, website updates, and content optimisation. Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external agencies. Experience with personalisation and optimisation tools (Nosto preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive revenue growth.
